About Us – wow808, Malaysia's Premier Online Entertainment Platform

Who Is wow808 and Why Are We Here?

Wow808 is an online entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian players. We launched in 2018 with a clear mission: to create a platform that truly understands what Malaysian players want — not one that simply copies a foreign model and hopes it works here.

The founders of wow808 are a group of individuals who spent years playing on various international platforms, repeatedly running into the same frustrations — slow deposit processes, customer support that couldn't communicate in Malay, unsupported local payment methods, and game libraries that had little relevance to Malaysian tastes. Out of that frustration came wow808 — a platform built from the ground up with Malaysian players at its core.

Today, wow808 has grown into one of the most recognised online entertainment platforms among Malaysian players. With over 500,000 registered members from across the country — from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns — wow808 continues to grow not just through advertising, but because our players recommend the platform to their friends and family.

What sets wow808 apart is our commitment to three core principles: transparency, security, and convenience. Every game we offer displays its RTP openly. Every transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. And every deposit method we support is a local option used daily by Malaysian players — from Touch 'n Go eWallet to DuitNow and FPX internet banking.

Wow808 Payment System – Built for Malaysia

One of the things wow808 members praise most is our payment system — built to fit seamlessly into everyday Malaysian life. We support the most trusted and widely used local payment methods, from Touch 'n Go eWallet used by millions of Malaysians daily, to DuitNow QR now universally accepted across the country.

Deposits at wow808 are designed to be fast and hassle-free. Choose your payment method, enter your amount, and in most cases your balance will be credited within 1 to 3 minutes. No lengthy procedures or time-consuming verifications. We understand that sometimes you want to join a poker tournament starting in 10 minutes, or place a bet before a football match kicks off — wow808's fast deposit system makes sure you never miss those moments.

When it comes to withdrawals, wow808 operates on a straightforward principle: your winnings belong to you, and you deserve to receive them quickly. We don't look for reasons to hold or delay legitimate withdrawals. Completed withdrawal requests are processed within 30 to 60 minutes for regular members, and under 15 minutes for VIP members via DuitNow.

Wow808's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At wow808, we believe that great entertainment means staying in control. We don't want our members playing beyond their means, and we don't want money you can't afford to lose coming into this platform. This isn't just a compliance statement — it's a core value that shapes every business decision we make.

Every wow808 account comes with tools to help you stay in control — set a daily deposit limit, session loss limit, maximum bet limit, or a self-exclusion period whenever you need a break from the platform. These tools are there for you to use, and our support team is trained to help you set them up if you need a hand.

We also actively monitor gameplay patterns for signs of problem behaviour and may proactively reach out to members if we have concerns. This isn't something most online entertainment platforms do — but we believe it's the right thing to do.
