01 Member Eligibility

To register and use wow808's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be an individual (not a company, corporate body, or business entity) registering in a personal capacity.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• You must not be on an active self-exclusion list or be prohibited from gambling by any relevant authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Wow808 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold only one wow808 account. Owning multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different phone numbers, or different identities — is a serious breach of our terms. wow808 uses advanced detection technology to identify and link duplicate accounts.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name as shown on your ID, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. wow808 uses this information for identity verification, withdrawal processing, and important account-related communications.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your wow808 username and password confidential. Never share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. wow808 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with a minimum of 8 characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for an added layer of protection.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact wow808's support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and never reuse it across other platforms.

Wow808 will not be held liable for any financial loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

2.3 KYC Verification

As part of wow808's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, you may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect all members from fraud and money laundering.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Wow808 supports the following local Malaysian deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX internet banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported banks. The minimum deposit is RM10 for all methods. Daily maximum deposit limits are subject to change based on account tier and may require KYC verification for higher limits.

All deposits must come from legitimate financial sources and must belong to the member themselves. wow808 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable or unrelated source, wow808 reserves the right to return the amount and suspend the account pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms & Limits

The minimum withdrawal at wow808 is RM30. Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 30 to 60 minutes for regular members, and under 15 minutes for VIP members via DuitNow. wow808 does not charge withdrawal fees within standard limits. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification before processing.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. wow808 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. If the withdrawal details provided are inaccurate or cannot be verified, processing will be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Wow808 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements set for each promotion. Full terms for each bonus or promotion will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new wow808 members making their first deposit. General terms of the welcome bonus are as follows: the bonus is valid for one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address; wagering requirements must be met within the stipulated timeframe; and the eligible game categories for fulfilling wagering requirements are as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

Wow808 takes a strict stance on bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Colluding with other members to unfairly meet wagering requirements.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (for example, placing opposing bets across two accounts).
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for bonuses.

Wow808 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account of any member found to have engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice.

05 Game Rules

All games offered on wow808 — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), football betting, e-sports, poker, and virtual sports — have specific game rules accessible within each game. The following general rules apply to all game categories on wow808:

5.1 Game Fairness

All slots and casino games on wow808 use software from licensed providers and operate on an RNG (Random Number Generator) system verified by independent testing bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is displayed in the relevant game information. wow808 does not modify or interfere with the game mechanics provided by our third-party suppliers.

5.2 Football & E-Sports Betting

5.3 Poker

The use of software bots, assistance software that provides an unfair advantage, and collusion between players is strictly prohibited. wow808 operates an active monitoring system to detect such activity and will take appropriate action, including the forfeiture of winnings and account closure.

06 Member Conduct

Wow808 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Use of offensive, obscene, or threatening language in any platform communication channel, including live chat, poker table chat, or communications with the support team.
• Attempting to hack, exploit technical bugs, or take advantage of system vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any technology that replaces human judgement in gameplay decisions.
• Fraud, providing false information, or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Money laundering activities or the use of the platform for any unauthorised financial transactions.
• Collusion between two or more members to cheat the system or disadvantage other members.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Actions by wow808

Wow808 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Reporting suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Activities that violate applicable Malaysian law.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your wow808 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be cancelled. Any remaining funds after bonus cancellation will be refunded to the member via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the standard verification process.

08 Responsible Gaming

• The service will meet the specific needs or expectations of every member.

Wow808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. wow808's maximum aggregate liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by wow808 that has been established through a valid legal process.

10 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

10.1 Right to Amend

Wow808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the wow808 platform after updated terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will indicate when these terms were last modified.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in wow808's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate arbitration process or court.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
